Sunshine Coast University Hospital is a AUD $1.8 Billion, 160,000m² development at Kawana Waters, Queensland.
I worked on the project from 2013 to 2014, with the architectural structural team. I liaised with Clinical Planners, Structural & Service Engineers, JV partners & Project Managers to ensure all structural requirements were included in the design, BIM model, and final documentation. This also included the stairs throughout the Main Hospital Building & Mental Health Unit, and approximately 17,000m² of concrete wall elevations.
