Located on The Base, Hamilton, New Zealand, this is a new build filling the gap between two existing buildings. This design had to replicate and tie-in to existing canopy and facade designs.
My role was Project Architect and Project BIM Leader. I took the project from just after concept design through to completion.

A renovation of an existing warehouse located on The Base, Hamilton, New Zealand, the design also extended the shop frontage forward 10m, with a new precast concrete facade.
